Terms of this site

Who we are

This site is run by BigBang Digital, a trading name of TheGoodWeather UK. Contact: hello@thebigbang.digital.

Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars. The price for your project is the one in your store plan and written quote. Shopify, Klaviyo, apps, Amazon fees and your ad budget are billed to you by those companies and are not part of our price.

The free store plan

The plan is free and written from your public Amazon listing and reviews. It is yours to keep. It is a recommendation, not a promise of results.

Timing

Seven days is our build time, counted from the day we have your access and files. Days spent waiting for access, files or your review are not counted. It is a commitment we work to, not a guarantee.

Results

We don’t guarantee sales, revenue, rankings or any decision Amazon, Shopify, Meta or Klaviyo may make. Examples and sample plans on this site are illustrations.

Client work

Work for clients is covered by the written agreement we send with your quote. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

Other companies

We are not affiliated with Amazon, Shopify, Meta or Klaviyo. Their names are their owners’ trademarks.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
