Who we are

BigBang Digital is a trading name of TheGoodWeather UK. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@thebigbang.digital.

What we collect

When you ask for a store plan, we collect the Amazon link and the email address you type into the form. If you write to us, we keep your messages. If you become a client, we also hold your name, business details and billing details.

Why we use it

We use your link and email to write your store plan, send it to you and reply to you. We rely on your request, and on our legitimate interest in answering it. We don’t add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Who handles it for us

The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service. Our email is hosted by our email provider. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

Store plan requests are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@thebigbang.digital and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with our answer you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
